About Us

Western Sydney Business Women is part of the Western Sydney Women network.

We are the first and only organisation to advocate for all women from the Inner West, Greater West, North West and South West of Sydney to become economically independent & confident.

As the voice for women across all of Western Sydney, we run surveys & research studies to make sure women are being heard & then represented in the media, government & the business community.

Our Team

Amanda Rose – Founding Director

Growing up and living in Western Sydney often has a stigma with a negative connotation, preventing women from realising their true potential and to live a safe, happy and financially secure life.

My passion is to give a voice to the voiceless and to instigate generational change for women.

“Once a woman is equipped with confidence, connected to resources and provided with support, nothing can stop her from achieving greatness.”
